I was once the fool, thinking you must grind 24/7. Became boastful of my ignorance. #TeamNoSleep #NoSleepGang !!

I remember those days. Everything was about money #MOE. I was filled with pride and too much ego. Working my day job, while juggling my businesses and many projects. I would stay up most times till 4 or 5 am and get a quick nap in before I had to get ready for work.
I felt like a zombie most days. I couldn't think straight but I was convinced this is how all the millionaires got to where they are now.
Why do we kill ourselves to have the life others live?

It took some years, bad choices, and overcoming depression to fully understand what it was I was doing to myself.
Some studies show that some business owners made awful decisions when they were sleep-deprived. Sleep deprived entrepreneurs have regretted taking risky decisions which were not particularly beneficial to their businesses.
This is very true. I can recall many bad decision I made running off of no sleep. Always rushing to and anxious to make the next dollar or finding the next quick business to get it. Brain on overload by any means to get rich I didn't have time for sleep.
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:6-7
How did I make changes to my life to be able to now run a few businesses full time and still make time for God, myself and sleep?
First thing I learned is everything is not always needed right away. I know if I have some clients reading this they will be mad at me but it's ok. I hope they can apply this to their life because peace is more important than anything. So what do I mean? Well we get those clients that often send an order and they rush you to get it right back to them . They seem to have expectations as if they are your only customer so you should stop everything you're doing and tend to them no matter what you're going through. Well I was once that person that every time I was rushed I rushed because I never wanted to lose a customer.
Till God showed me you can never lose whats mean't for you. I have had customers that may have found someone that offer the same services as I do maybe for lower prices or maybe they just preferred their style over mines and I have come to peace with knowing i'm happy for any business owner to find what works best for them or their budget no matter who they choose to get it done from. Another thing is I see no one as competition. Everyone has something that's unique about them or their talent and business.
So with that being said I find that it has helped me to take days off, create a set schedule that I clock out of my own business and whomever submit orders to me around those off times I don't mind explaining to them in the most humble way so they understand they will have to wait till i'm back on the clock and I get to them on my list. Yes have a list and to be fair to every customer go in the order each were paid.
This can also help each owner to prioritize their own business if needed. So they are not waiting till the last minute to do a project and submit it to you and put that pressure on you for their mistake of waiting last minute. I use to do the same and i'm guilty of rushing others I submit orders to when it was my fault of doing it so late.
So make sure your customer service and communication is up to par. So the relationship between you and your clients is good and understood.
No sleep can give you less patience, quick to anger, stress which leads to depression. So why do we want to be like those millionaires again?? It's many millionaires committing suicide. They are not even happy with their life. They are putting too much load on themselves and not enough love. Self love is giving your body rest . The time to rejuvenate. Even God rested when he made the world.

Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it. Exodus 20:8-11
Now i'm no motivational speaker, therapist or holding any professional degrees of any sort in any lanes to tell anyone how to live their life but I can speak from experience and biblically
Gods words of guidance on how we should live.
GOD GIVES WISDOM AND KNOWLEDGE
By seeking God and allowing him to guide you, you will no longer have to overload yourself. You will be walking in purpose which brings peace. You will know what decisions to make. You will know the things even if it's businesses you need to give up that no longer serves you. Wealth is a better aim than riches. First you will have to start with self to gain and know how to maintain it.
For a peace of mind, Remember: Jeremiah 29:11-13
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.
And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.
